Maintenance

Applicable to China domestic market only.
    ¡ñMaintenance programs are operated by setting up a maintenance office at the end users'sites. These on site maintenance office will communicate regularly with central control which will provide all required backups.
    ¡ñDaily Maintenance
    This is achievable by dispatching technicians to conduct regular inspection, adjustment, lubricating of moving parts, and ensure all components are functioning according to specifications.
    ¡ñ Periodic Inspection during warranty pcriod.
    Periodic inspection is conducted free of charge once a month. Works comprises of fault clearance, conduct neccssary repairs, and replace any damaged parts that are not duc to man handling. These services are on a 24 hours basis.
     ¡ñ Our services also includes dispatching our technicians for on site monitoring during any prblic holidays or festive seasons. These services are offered free of charge only once a year.
    ¡ñ Provide service support for annual inspection by the authority.
    ¡ñ Provide competitive prices for parts replacement, upgrading and modifications.
    ¡ñ Conduct regular site on call annually.
    ¡ñ With the availability of the service hotline, and the constant communication of the maintenance office, we are able to provide a quick response to site not more than 1 hour after receiving of complaints of service breakdown
