• Standby technician on emergency call.
• On-site supervisory control and monitoring station. This is achievable with our proprietory computerised system.
• A systematic approach of recording breakdown frequencies and faults to facilitate on site repairs and rectifications.
  Our other facilities includes:
  1. A 365 days x 24 hours service hotline.
  2. Professional trainers to train end users on newly installed elevators.
  3. 240 after sales stations spread across the nation.
  4. Advance communications to facilitate ease of communication.
  5. A systematic and proper recording procedure to record faults, on pass it to the service technician so that these technicians can arrive to the site prepared.
  6. The recording procedure also captures servicing records such as hours spent and works.
